Word-of-Mouth Promotion (Act Like a Disease)

The classic model for the spread of disease looks at 3 variables – likelihood of infection, likelihood of contact between two people, and overall size of population.  If any of those variables increases, the overall spread of the disease increases as well.  This model also applies well to the spread of gossip and other word-of-mouth opinion.
